The channel and roughly when it happened
What you expected, and what happened instead

Install or activation trouble

The install link says the code is invalid. Each code works once. If it was already used, write to us and we will issue a new one.
The app installed but shows no plan. Mention the app in a channel and send connect <your code>. It must be a channel, not a DM.
The app does not answer. Check it has been invited to that channel, then mention it by name.

Removing the app

Slack → your workspace → Manage apps → select the app → Remove. That revokes its access immediately. To have the stored records deleted too, ask us and see the privacy policy.

Billing

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the link in your receipt. Ask us about refunds, invoices or VAT and we will sort it.
