Privacy Policy
Agentic Team AI · DjioniDevThis policy covers the Slack app published by DjioniDev — AI Marketing Team — and the websites at agentic-team-ai.com and its subdomains. DjioniDev is the data controller.
What is collected
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Slack workspace and channel identifiers (team ID, channel ID, thread timestamp) | To reply in the right place and to attach your plan or credits to the right workspace. |
| The text of messages that mention the app | It is the instruction — the brand, its facts, and what you want taken to market. |
| Your email address | Provided at checkout or in the demo form, used to send the activation link and to reply to you. |
| The GitHub repository you name in your message | To clone it, open a Pull Request against it, and nothing else. The access used is ours, not yours — you are never asked for a GitHub token. |
| Billing records (customer and subscription identifiers, plan, usage counts) | To know what you bought and how much of it remains. |
Website analytics. The websites use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to count page views and demo requests. We record which page was viewed, which team a demo request asked for, the referring site, and the country, city, browser and device type your browser reports. We do not send your email address or the text of your message to it. There is no advertising, no ad network, no session recording and no tracking across other companies' websites.
The cookie, and your choice. On your first visit we ask before storing anything. Allowing a cookie lets us recognise a repeat visit, so we can tell one person returning three times from three different people — without it our visitor counts are wrong. If you decline, the visit is still counted anonymously but nothing is written to your device and you are not recognised next time. Either way your choice is remembered, and you can change it by clearing this site's storage in your browser.
Card details are never seen or stored by us; payment is handled entirely by Stripe.
Who processes it
| Processor | Role |
|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure (France Central) | Hosting, application data, encrypted at rest. |
| OpenAI and Anthropic | The models that produce and review the work. Message content is sent to them to generate your output. |
| GitHub | Where the Pull Request is opened, in your own repository. |
| Stripe | Payments and subscription state. |
| Resend | Transactional email — activation links and replies. |
| Slack | The interface the app runs in. |
What the app does not do
- It does not read channels it has not been mentioned in or invited to.
- It does not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for marketing.
- It does not train models on your content. Content is sent to model providers to generate your output under their API terms, which exclude training by default.
- It does not post anything publicly. Output goes to your repository and your Slack.
Where your work lives
Deliverables are written into your GitHub repository and your own Slack workspace. Each customer workspace installs the app itself and holds its own access token, so one customer's material is never reachable from another's.
How long it is kept
- Conversation history used to continue a thread: kept in a cache that expires after 7 days. Identifiers used to ignore duplicate Slack deliveries expire after 24 hours.
- Build workspaces holding a cloned repository: deleted immediately when a run succeeds. When a run fails the workspace is kept on temporary container storage so the failure can be diagnosed, and is destroyed when that container is next recycled.
- Billing and installation records: kept while the account exists, then for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Email you send us: kept until the matter is closed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing. Write to the address on the support page and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL.
Removing the app
Uninstalling the app from your Slack workspace revokes its access token immediately. To have the associated records deleted as well, ask us on the support page.
International transfers. Hosting is in the EU (France Central). Some processors listed above operate outside the EEA; those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
